ICEHA is currently evaluating requests from several
additional countries, including India, China, and Laos.
3x5 Initiative-World Health Organization
The World Health Organization has announced a new
initiative to provide treatment to 3 million patients
living with AIDS in developing countries by 2005.
ICEHA is considering contributing to the initiative,
given that healthcare capacity building is a crucial
aspect to the success of the program.
